Emily has been a creative mind since birth and has a deep love for creating beautiful spaces, whether it be in her home, work, or personal life.
MEET EMILY | founder + designer
It all started when Emily got a part-time job at a paper goods store in college. It was 2016 when her love of pretty paper design began to flourish. Helping brides and party hosts select invitation designs that spoke to their personal style was undeniably fulfilling.
After graduation, Emily moved to South Carolina to pursue a career in Pharmaceutical Sales and quickly realized that while she enjoyed her job, she wasn’t being challenged creatively — and that created a void in her heart. Knowing that she had a keen eye for creative design and an entrepreneurial-spirit; she decided to take a leap into business ownership in 2018. What began as a few small projects for acquaintances, quickly blossomed into a beautiful business serving clients nation-wide known as Signed Sealed Delivered and in late 2019 rebranded as Emily Bowen Designs.
Soon after, Emily discovered she and her husband would be welcoming their first child in the summer of 2020 and Emily began offering children’s paper goods. Now, after five years in business and two precious little ones, Emily has decided to take her side-hustle full time. The fun is just getting started!
